It was real good. It didn’t take much time to make. All out easy. I also liked the baking soda method more than lye or lemons.

not to bad, color wasn't quite dark enough. will coat heaver next time with soda solution

So good and easy! I would make these again. I did use bread flour rather than AP.

im very new at baking and was very nervous to attempt these.... to my surprise these turned out incredibly! these will def be a new regular in my house

I was so surprised how wonderful these turned out. Used them as burger buns and they were great. Definitely make sure you evenly and thoroughly coat the dough with the baking soda mixture.
