- 3/4 cup beer
- 1 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. mustard powder (½ teaspoon if you're not a mustard fan)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese (Tillamook Farmstyle Cut)
- 1 pinch salt (and black pepper)
