it turned out good, but I did get the dreaded "Burn" notice. I had a chicken emergency and by the time i came inside to see how close it was to being done it had lost pressure and was finished...there are definitely some modifications i will make in the preparation to avoid that in the future.

Very good! I did make several modifications - used 2 tablespoons of oil; used 1/2 cup onions; used 2.5 cups of chicken broth. The chicken was amazing! The rice was still a bit wet, so I put it in for an additional 7 minutes to see if that would help dissipate the liquid. I used a little less cayenne pepper. Great recipe - thank you for posting this!

All my guests loved it! The only thing I did different was the salt amount, I put half of the amount this recipe requires and it worked!

it tasted really good but my rice were a little wet. i will make it again but i would cut down my broth to a 1/4 less
