- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (I just throw a whole package of oreos in the food processor, measure out what I need and freeze the rest)
- cheesecake filling
- 24 oz. cream cheese (⅓ less fat, room temperature)
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 4 oz. milk chocolate
- 4 oz. white chocolate
- 4 oz. bittersweet chocolate (as dark as you can find)
- cranberries (Sugared, optional)
