My extra long grain white rice came out perfectly with this recipe. This is now the way I cook rice.

I have a Cuisinart electric pressure cooker and had less than stellar results with the instructions to use 1 1/2 cups liquid to 1 cup rice. These instructions for water to rice ratio and cook and release times gave me excellent white rice.

Very good. No boiling over like stove top cooking always does on my stove. This is the only way I'll make rice from now on
