turned out awesome! I cooked it for 85 minutes and it was very tender and veg was perfect.

Really good but i modified the recipe a little. i cooked the meat for 45 minutes instead of 90 and only cooked the veges for the last 15.. next time i will only do the veges for the last 10 minutes.
Of course everything depends on the cooker and the roast but it turned out tender and delicious.
