This was remarkably easy to make and came out soo tender and flavorful.. I did not have Coppa, I just used bacon. The apples soaked up all the flavor and were delicious, next time I will stuff in more apple. Definitely a keeper recipe and will be used this holiday season as it looks so pretty!
