Stunningly good! Definitely take the time to brown everything appropriately - when you remove the pork after frying it up, let it sit . You should have a wonderful brown crust all the way around. Browning the mushrooms is a genius move, and the cook time really is only 5 minutes of pressure. Making it again tomorrow for company!
