    Used all cheddar cheese I stead to avoid the stringiness from the mozzarella. Also added broccoli florets and bacon bits.

    If you want want a thicker sauce don't add the milk. Ended up thickening with cornflour, made with a ham stock cube, tasted fantastic

    Turned out great the noodles were done just right I didn't use the heavy cream and just used milk

    Liked it but it was just a bit too salty. I'll be more conscious of the salt content in the broth next time to resolve that issue.
