- 28 oz. diced tomatoes (and juice)
- 2 jalapeno peppers (seeded and chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. fresh ginger root (peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tsp. Garam Masala
- 2 tsp. cumin seeds (ground roasted, roast on the stovetop in a small pan)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/4 cup cilantro (firmly packed minced)

Set it on 11 min since some of the thighs still mildly frozen and meat was well cooked and falling apart. Note that it's best to have all your ingredients lined up before adding to pot. Had to use "light butter with canola oil" product instead of real butter--burned easily on saute mode, I'm guessing it's better to use real butter. Good amount of sauce yielded for 5 chicken thighs. Very tasty recipe!
