Cooked 9 min and scrambled egg separately rice wasn’t totally done so I kept the lid on to allow for moisture to continue to absorb
also added ham

This turned out super great and so easy. I used the vegetable stock from making spring rolls earlier and it was super tasty

Made it tonight 10/14/19, added shrimp to it. It turned out pretty good, but at the moment I added the egg it quickly started to stick on the bottom of the pan, maybe lowering the temperature would have helped. I added a little bit of water to help with that.
