- 2 qt. store bought low sodium chicken stock (or homemade)

- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. Asian fish sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp. cider vinegar
- 8 bowls rustic bread (size slices, toasted until crisp)
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lb. gruyère cheese (grated)

Taste is great but you need to use a good bread and we mixed mozzarella with the gruyere.
