This was the best corn beef recipe ever. The meat was tender and flavorful and the vegetables were great we used the flat cut corn beef and everyone just raved about it. We certainly will use this recipe in the future.

Savory, I added a splash of Worcestershire sauce and some dried mustard. I’ll make this again. Next time chop up the cabbage a little finer.

Great. I love this recipe.
I cooked the potatoes and cabbage for 4 min. I now understand why to continue to cook the potatoes (without the cabbage, I assume).
I might next time cook the potatoes under pressure for three min without the cabbage. Then boil both of them for another time (till soft) without pressure.
