  • 14.5 ounces petite diced tomatoes (cans, I used Del Monte)
  • 14.5 ounces water (cans)
  • 1.25 ounces chili seasoning (packets, I used McCormick)
  • hot sauce (optional)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
  • 2 cups colby jack cheese (shredded, also optional, use only if you want it to be really cheesy)

    Delicious and so easy!!!! I used the mild low sodium chili seasoning and it was still delicious! This recipe is a keeper!!!
