great recipe. Adding a teaspoon of smoked paprika and a teaspoon of "better than bullion" really made it hearty.

Added mushrooms, reduced the chili powder by half so got the other flavours coming through. Think it could do with slightly less water, or venting the steam at the end to reduce the liquid in tue final product. Fantastic recipe, thanks!
