    Really awesome will make again for sure.
    Yummy! Didn’t want to stop eating it. My spices were Italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper. I especially loved it with the flavorful rice!!

    I had 1.25 lbs bone in thighs so I only set the pressure cooker to 18 minutes and it was plenty. The time in the directions seemed excessive and I like my chicken tender but not completely disintegrated. LOVE the ease and versatility of this fish so it’s definitely going into the rotation.

    very yummy, especially with some grilled veggie on the side. I agree that the timing of the broil with the rice doesn't really work but the flavor of the rice is worth the wait.

    I was skeptical, because last time I did chicken in the pressure cooker it was inedible, but it was excellent and I couldn't stop eating the rice!

    Easy to prepare and tastes great! The rice is exceptional. I used creole seasoning on the chicken .

    Decided to try this recipe after recently rediscovering my pressure cooker. Amazed by how tender the chicken was. The rice was also very good but I think I need a bit more practice with cooking grains via pressure cooker.

    great tasting chicken also by using the liquid to cook the rice in. family loved this recipe, modified slightly added flour to spice mix. and made risotto

    delicious!! enjoyed by all of the family. rice is cooked to perfection and is full of flavour. served it with a side of green beans. will definately make this again.

    This is very simple and soooo good. I seasoned with rosemary and salt (thats it). Putting the chicken into the oven to broil is key for the crispy, savory skin. We made a 6lb. chicken and had plenty of leftovers (that were just as great tasting the next day). Making the rice with the drippings.....WOW. I will continue to make this for yrs to come. So simple and delicious!!
