Nice, simple. I'll definitely serve this again but will double the thyme and basil next time.

This is the first recipe I have tried for Pressure Cooker chicken cacciatore. I would recommend this recipe with a few additions. Checking the chicken after the recommended cook time the breast was not tender enough for me. I cooked an additional 20 minutes and was satisfied. The changes or additions are red wine instead of white (that’s what I had on hand). Added 4 cloves of garlic and a chunk of parmaigian rind. Served with sliced black olives and pasta. And I had dried mushrooms, so added the broth from reconstituting the mushrooms, about 1 cup. So my sauce was upped by an additional 1 cup and it was perfect.
