- 1 lb. cavatappi (or other Macaroni)
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 onions (diced well)
- 1/2 green bell pepper (diced, optional)
- 3 cloves garlic (Fresh, minced fine)
- 28 oz. tomatoes (Pureed)
- 15 oz. tomato sauce
- 3 oz. tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce (2 Tbls if using turkey)
- 2 tsp. dried basil
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes (dried)
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup dry red wine (a good Cabernet!)
- 2 1/2 cups water (Fresh)

Didn't add the red wine but followed the other instructions. Cooked on manual for 4 minutes (pasta called for 7 minutes). Overall took about 45 minutes with heating, sauteing, pressurizing, cooking and releasing pressure. Tasted good. I'd add the wine the next time and might cook the pasta slightly less as we prefer it el dente.

Turned out fantastic! Even without the red wine in there it tasted so good my one year old is addicted!
