- 8 cups water
- 3 sprigs rosemary

- 2 lb. waxy potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 2 lb. carrot (peeled and sliced)
- 3 onions (large, quartered)
- 1 1/2 cups peas (blanched, I used frozen peas)
