I was looking for guidance on using my pressure cooker and found this recipe. I didn’t use wine, but had a 16 oz can of pumpkin ale in the fridge. I used that and everyone really enjoyed it.

Delicious!! Only addition on my part was a brick of cteam cheese; melted it in right after pressure cooking. Made some air fried kale coated lightly with olive oil and garlic spice for garnishing. Bought an artisan loaf of bread to dip... mmmm good.. This recipe is a keeper!
