- 6 Tbsp. coarse sea salt (or kosher salt)
- 2 rosemary sprigs
- 1 red chili peppers (large)
- 6 lemon
- olive oil
- 8 lemon (I used Meyer but you can use any kind)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 7 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. coriander seeds (crushed)
- 1/4 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1 clove
