Description
Pasta is one of my favourite foods. And my favourite sauce to go with it? Alfredo. It's a super simple sauce made from cream and parmesan cheese and compliments prawns or chicken superbly. This time - prawns! Delicious!
Ingredients

- 250 grams prawns (peeled, deveined)
- 2 cups cream (thickened)
- 1 cup cheese (parmasen, grated)
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1/2 white onion (finely chopped)
- 500 grams fettucine pasta
- salt
- pepper
- olive oil
- parsley

Directions
- Bring 5 litres of water to the boil, add salt and a little olive oil to the water
- Add fettuccine to the water and cook for 10 minutes
- Strain fettucine, but do not rinse
