  • 1 can tuna (in water, drained)
  • 1 carrot (grated)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing (prepared)
  • 1 lemon
  • salt and ground black pepper

    Directions

    1. Cook the pasta, following the directions on the package, until slightly more firm than al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
    2. Mix the tuna, carrot, pepper, mayonnaise, ranch dressing, lemon juice and rind together with the pasta. Salt and pepper to taste.
