Description
Oftentimes in a home kitchen you will find a traditional dish that is stored in the cold temperature for a snack in a rush. This Practical Tuna Salad is the perfect dish for this use. It can be prepared and saved in the fridge for the family to enjoy at any time. The great thing about doing this is it can be eaten when you are in a rush or not in the mood to cook. - 2 cups elbow pasta (or similar shape)
- 1 can tuna (in water, drained)
- 1 carrot (grated)
- 1/2 green bell pepper (diced)
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. ranch dressing (prepared)
- 1 lemon
- salt and ground black pepper

Directions
- Cook the pasta, following the directions on the package, until slightly more firm than al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
- Mix the tuna, carrot, pepper, mayonnaise, ranch dressing, lemon juice and rind together with the pasta. Salt and pepper to taste.
