I used a mix of dried peppers because it was what I had available. I think if I make it again I would add more hominy, my can was a smaller can so there wasn’t a lot.
I had diced onion, cabbage, radish, avocado, and cilantro to put on top. Everyone agreed the flavor was great! It was enjoyed by all!

Made this today and the kids loved it! Great flavor. The only thing I changed was, I added 3 garlics instead of one when boiling the meat. I also used 3 chile anchos and 2 chile guajillo. I also used a total of 4 pounds of 2 different cuts of pork. Honestly, don’t tell my mother but this recipe tasted better than hers!

Try cabbage instead of lettuce. It adds a nice crunch, tastes better and holds up to the heat better than lettuce. It's traditional in pozole
