    I used California Chiles instead since I don't like anything the least bit spicy. It turned out delicious.

    Amazing! BUT I didn’t have time to rehydrate the chili’s, so I used The Fresh Chile CO. Red Chile Sauce instead. **this is the second time I have made this using this recipe. The first time, I used the dried chili’s and it was great!
