I also steamed them after they were sautéd. I used 1-4c chicken broth per dozen covered and steamed for 3 mins or until the broth was gone. I got a sauce recipe from P.F. Chang’s site and it was amazing!

It was delicious with the ginger and i add red pepper flakes and was gooooooooooooooooood

It was pretty bland but did leave out the ginger. I’ve made other pork potstickers before and they’ve always had great flavor. Need more pepper maybe

Great taste. Used sesame chili oil and gave it a little extra kick. The taste was great!

We thought they turned out very well. Reading the recipe, I was hesitant. It sounded like a lot of work. It was easier than I thought. We served the pot stickers with an Asian dipping sauce.
