A few changes…I used a splash of hot chili oil instead of the sriracha, toasted sesame oil instead of plain old sesame oil and lightly seasoned rice vinegar by Marukan (yellow cap). Also added freshly sliced scallions to float in the sauce. Did everything else as stated. Wow! Very good.
