Bland. I used Chicken Bacon Bourbon brats but the salt and pepper was not enough to overcome the bland potatoes. Simple to prepare.

I prepare a similar meal but I add olive oil, minced garlic, 1 red pepper and one large onion. Also, I only use yellow (yukon gold) or red potatoes and bake covered in corning/glass casserole. There are never any leftovers!

Great! I sprinkled paprika over the potatoes and added red onion wedges which made it extra tasty.

This was so good. Even my kids loved it 👍
Very easy to make. My sausages were still a little frozen but I cooked it for 55 min. Highly recommend. 😊 also kept the skin on the potatoes
