Although I couldn’t get the potatoes to golden as in the picture, this was still a superb side dish and very easy to make. Will definitely make again.

It smells divine while it's baking/roasting in the oven. This is a very hearty dish and good for a meal in the cold winter. I initially rated the recipe as three stars because as a cook I really had to read in between the lines. To measure vegetables in terms of ounces is not typical. It is usually done as cups, half-cups, etc. The author did not specify pan size. The recipe suggested a glass dish. Glass dishes come in many sizes and shapes. According to the ingredient list, I knew that a glass 11 x 13 in. would be too small, I ended up using a large roasting pan lined with foil. So all of those gripes being said. I would give a 4 to this recipe based on its simplicity, few needed ingredients, and tastiness. It really is delicious.
