It’s great- I never got the seasonings right before. This one tastes great. Used chicken sausage.

Very good and very easy for a weeknight favorite. I set oven to 400 and it took an hour. Added thyme and paprika. Tasty!

This was terrific! Easy, delicious, family raved! (I increased the olive oil, oregano and basil. I also added a tad of garlic salt. It took about 1hr and 15 min before the potatos were soft.)
