This came out perfectly. Made it for Christmas Eve and the family LOVED it! I added garlic powder and a pinch of cayenne pepper to the heavy cream mixture. I also salt and peppered each layer of potatoes prior to adding the cheese and cream. I was told I must bring this dish to every family function. Delicious!

Excellent!!! I’ve made this several times, it’s always gone. My family loves it! I make it without planning to so different kinds of cheese is used but the heavy cream pulls it all together!!! Thank you for this delicious recipe!!!

So good, and surprisingly quite easy to make. I will definitely be making yhis again in the future. Just suggest a bit longer time; I baked it for 90 minutes at 375 degrees
