Amazing!!! My husband’s friends had leftovers and have been begging me to make them for them fresh tonight is the night!

Very good. I used almond milk with cornstarch instead of heavy cream because of my lactose intolerance. I’ll also use a longer pan (like shown in photo) instead of taller one so that the potatoes cook evenly (I had some potatoes that weren’t soft).

I used gruyere instead and covered it with foil until the last 10 min when i added some parmesan on top. Everyone LOVED it!

I made it for Thanksgiving, but with regular gold potatoes since i had no russet potatoes at home. It turned out to be the most delicious Gratin I've ever had in my life. Then i made it again on Christmas but this time with Russet potatoes and i honestly have to say it didn't taste half as good as the first time. It was watery, the potatoes had a weird floury taste. I'll definitely stick to regular gold potatoes with this recipe.

We made this for Thanksgiving yestersay and it was so yummy. I sliced the potatoes with the food processor, which made it go by really quick.

Made it the first time and it was delicious! Just made it a second time and added cubed ham hopefully that’s good too!

It’s the third time I’ve done this recipe and as before, it’s a winner that just keeps winning.

Delicious although I used Parmigan/Parmigan-Romano and Asiago...it was still amazing...I broiled it at the end for 3 minutes cause I like it crispy on top. It was Absolutely Delicious.

These are sublime! Rich and creamy with a subtle but full flavor. I had to sub Asiago cheese because I couldn’t get parmigiano-reggiano.

My first attempt at potato au gratin & it was great! Easy to make & so tasty. Nice way to fill the kitchen & house with a nice aroma too!

So good and easy to make! I used cheddar cheese instead because I didn’t have Parmigiano.

Made these for Christmas dinner along with a Chateaubriand. My first time making au gratin potatoes! These were so delicious and not difficult to make. Highly recommend!

it turned out fabulous! I did change it up a little by adding onions and cheddar cheese. Went together well with yucatan pork

Good, used parm and mild cheddar. Think we will add a little onion powder next time.

This came out perfectly. Made it for Christmas Eve and the family LOVED it!
I added garlic powder and a pinch of cayenne pepper to the heavy cream mixture. I also salt and peppered each layer of potatoes prior to adding the cheese and cream. I was told I must bring this dish to every family function.
Delicious!
