They were amazing! I tweaked it a little by adding fresh garlic & seasoning to my potatoes. Instead of using 1 large, I used what I had (2small) and I layered the onions & spinach instead of just on top. I finished it off with some roasted garlic tomato based sauce. I will definitely make again
