- 3 cups cauliflower florets (cut into small bite size pieces)
- 2 leeks (medium, ends trimmed, cleaned, and thinly sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 5 Tbsp. unsalted butter (or Oil of your choice)
- 1/4 cup unbleached all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk (Half and Half)
- 5 cups vegetable broth
