The potato patty sticks are great. The taste is refreshing and it maybe served for breakfast, a mid-day snack or a side dish for a meal. The recipe was easy to follow with simple and short instructions. I appreciated the picture which served as a visual aide for the end product. Additionally, the spices for the gram masala were toasted and grounded which added to the great taste. Fantastic recipe. This is “a keeper”. Thank you. I look forward to using your recipes
