Directions
- Saute the potato, carrot, and onion together in the olive oil in a skillet, stirring from time to time. Add the beef when the onion becomes transparent and stir to break up into small pieces.
- When the beef changes in color, add salt and pepper, jalapenos, and marinade. Cook for 3 more minutes before removing from the heat and serving.
