Description

- extra-virgin olive oil
- salt
- ground black pepper (freshly)

Directions
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- Peel the potatoes, and slice thinly in the food processor.
- Place the potatoes in cold water, preferably with a few ice cubes.
