    Delicious! My kids wolfed them down. I must have made bigger fritters than Sasi because I only got 8 or 9 out of the mix, but I had already doubled the quantities, so we had enough for my tribe. ,

    So good! I didn't have mint or ginger but still fantastic! I left the mix for 15 minutes and it was easier to form into fritters.
