Delicious home-made potato soup.
Ingredients

- 2 large potatoes (peeled)
- 1 onion (small, diced)
- 3/4 cooking cream (a small pack of, Elle et Vire)
- 2 cups chicken stock (or broth)
- 1 tsp. white pepper
- salt (to taste)

Directions
- Peel and chop potatoes into small cubes, and dice onions.
- Place potatoes in a pot and pour in enough oil to lightly coat them. Fry/cook until 1/2 ready (soft-ish), and add onions.
- Prepare chicken stock/broth and add to potatoes
