It was good saved the meat of the potato to make loaded hasbrowns the next morning

Easy recipe to follow, easy to make, just remember to allow enough time to bake the potatoes prep wise. Delicious!

Great skins crispy and delicious I mixed my scooped out potato into the cheese to get loaded skins
