I thought this was average. Have to cook the potatoes a lot longer. Not bad flavor.

I’m having dinner with a dear friend and said I’d bring potato salad. This was an easy recipe. Even though I had all the ingredients I didn’t use bacon and I did add two diced hard boiled eggs. I love being able to use the green onion, parsley and even a couple small radishes (chopped super fine) from my garden. This was delicious even before adding salt and pepper! I’ll be using this recipe again!

This has become our favorite potato salad recipe! The sour cream made it lighter and tastier than straight Helleman’s. Highly recommended!!!
