    I’ve made this salad on four separate occasions for four very diverse audiences and everyone LOVED it, I added 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/4 tsp cayenne and 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill. Such a fresh light alternative to overly mayo heavy/cheesy alternatives. Big hit.

    This has become our favorite potato salad recipe! The sour cream made it lighter and tastier than straight Helleman’s. Highly recommended!!!
