- 6 red potatoes (small, boiled, peeled, & diced)
- 1 small carrot (peeled & diced)
- 1/2 red onion (medium, chopped)
- 1/4 cucumber (medium, seeded, & diced)
- 2 green chili (or red, finely chopped, use more or less depending upon your taste bud)
- 1/4 cup sesame (roasted, roasting brings out more flavor and may grind if desired)
- 2 tsp. cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 2 tsp. chaat masala (optional, it adds little sweetness and sourness)
- 1 lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 3 cilantro leaves (roughly chopped, for garnish, optional)
- water (only if the final product is too dry, add few tsp)
- salt (to taste)
