- 100 grams sourdough
- 250 grams rye flour
- 150 grams bread flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 250 mL water
- 4 potatoes
- olive oil
- rosemary

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 220 Celsius.
- Place the sourdough, rye flour, bread flour, and oil into a mixing bowl. Mix together and set aside for 20-40 minutes. Add the salt and knead slightly. Form into a ball and place into an oiled bowl. Cover and set aside until doubled in volume.
- Divide the dough into 2 sections and flatten with the hands or a rolling pin on a floured surface. Place the pizza shapes onto a baking sheet or cutting board so that it can be easily
