    Made this with some Trader Joe's pizza dough - I did alter the recipe by spreading creme fraiche or Mexican Sour cream (which is basically more like creme fraiche than regular sour cream), I also added some ground parmesan to give it a bit of flavor, and a sprinkling of mozzarella under the potatoes then over, just as it got out of the oven. Love this with the fresh rosemary. It also tastes pretty good cold. Very filling.
