This turned out great. I'm pretty fast and loose with recipes. Used extra leeks I had and at least double the butter. Added some sweet potato for a little flavor and color and a bit of colored carrot. Added a little gruyere at the end. Used half/half instead of cream.
Texture is lovely and it's very buttery. very very happy with it.
