Recipe is a bit sloppy; no instructions for garlic or mustard. It’s kind of obvious but still. I used one leek; mine was fairly large and two seemed way too much. Immersion blender works well. A splash of sherry at serving time never hurts. It was quite delicious, although I might cut back on the flour.
