I was a bit disappointed in these Potato Fritters. Didn't have much of a flavor. So I will probably be modifying this recipe so it taste better. And the instructions are lacking as well. One of the things I did differently was sift the flour over the mixture before tossing enough to bring the ingredients together instead of adding the flour slowly taking a chance of clumps.
Adding the flour has given me a great idea and was able to uncover the secret ingredient for Egg Foo Young at our Chinese Buffet. I will add flour to my homemade Egg Foo Young for now on.
