A winner! Added broccoli and more cheese on top. This one's a family favorite!

So good. My entire family loved it! Just the right amount of heat and very filling.

This recipe was a Sunday Football Dinner Domination. How could you go wrong? Potato(starch), Spicy Sausage (andouille), and cheese. I used green and red peppers along with the onions. I am going to try changing the starches, maybe a hardy pasta or rice and even adding some extra veggies like carrots and or tomatoes. I may reduce the amount of sausage and add some pulled chicken for those people who thing the sausage was too spicy. This recipe made about nine servings but there was still none for leftovers. This was a Touchdown and will make an appearance later this season.
