- 3 lb. boneless beef chuck roast (excess fat removed)
- 1/4 cup Mazola Corn Oil
- 1 1/2 cups diced onion
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 1/2 cups dried cranberries (divided)
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. balsamic vinegar

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
