This roast is very tender, taste is ok due to it’s a sweet taste when it’s done! I gave it 4 stars due to my husband said he doesn’t like sweet roast beef but other than that it was fine to me. Easy to make just throw in crockpot with simple ingredients and cook about 5 hours on low.
