- honey gold potatoes (cut in half and no need to peel!, I used a 28 ounce bag)
- 1 lb. baby carrots
- 32 oz. beef broth (or 3 - 10 ounce cans)
- 21 oz. cream of mushroom soup
- 4 large garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 yellow onion (chopped)
- 3 fresh oregano (springs of, or 1/2 tsp of dried)

I followed this recipe pretty close to the letter. It turned out excellent, delicious! Glad we have leftovers for dinner tomorrow!
